SAME DAY CLEANING
Drop off by 10.30am Monday to Friday (not available on special offers).

CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS
Accepted on payments over £10.

ALTERATIONS
It is not always possible to finish everything to the same standard, though we do our utmost when altering garments.

CURTAINS, LOOSE COVERS AND CUSHION COVERS
These can be affected by sun damage and age and some fading or shrinkage may occur. Generally, we do not spot clean curtains.

BUCKRAM BONDING 
May also be affected.

LININGS 
Can shred during the cleaning or laundry process.

HEAVILY SOILED GARMENTS 
These will incur an extra charge.

POWDER COATING (BLACKOUT LINING) AND INTERLINING 
Can also be affected. Please appreciate this is not something we can detect prior the cleaning process

LINEN AND SILK:
There is always the remote chance that cleaning may affect the colour (dye) of the material when spot cleaning.

PERFUMES AND DEODORANTS
May have a reaction on clothes in the dry-cleaning process.

We take the best possible care when dry cleaning and laundering. However, we cannot take any responsibility for damage caused by the following:

MISSING CARE LABELS
Items are left at the customer’s own risk.

BUTTONS, BUCKLES, ZIPS, BEADS, SEQUINS, FRINGES, TASSELS AND STITCHING
Can be weakened or damaged during cleaning.

BUTTONS OF SPECIAL OR DECORATIVE STYLE
Every possible precaution is taken to prevent damage to buttons during cleaning. However, we feel that it is in your interest to remove them prior to handing garments over to us.
